I had the same issue. I looked it up online and apparently it’s a manufacturer fault. All the laptops come like this. A regular standard headphone SHOULD fit but doesn’t. There is some sort of leftover debris inside the jack. If you stick something inside (like tweezers or something else that’ll fit) and move it around a little, eventually the headphones will fit. Google “headphones won’t fit into hp pavilion 360” or anything along those lines and you’ll see many people had the same problem, and it’s what’s worked for them.
