I’ve always owned 17” HP laptops and this is my first smaller one... it’s perfect! Great, compact size that easily fits in a backpack. It handles my multitasking well and is great for getting school work done. Highly recommend

I bought this laptop after my old one died. The computer itself is great--it is very lightweight, has a touchscreen, and can switch to tablet mode. The only design flaw is that I have to be careful not to accidentally press the power button on the side of the chassis. Doing so when the PC is on puts it to sleep, but is not hard to wake up. Windows 10, on the other hand, has a lot of add-ons and features that one may need to disable. Not the biggest deal, but kind of annoying. You might be perfectly happy with the software. But for me, I needed to employ several hacks to get the laptop configured the way I wanted it. Microsoft wants you to use only their products, and if you want to use others, even your own virus software, you will have to do a little work to use your favorite apps. Be prepared for a little extra work. To me, a new computer should be like a blank slate, but this one came pre-programmed with its one ideas of what you are and are not allowed to have.

I haven't had this laptop very long but it is pretty good. I had to take it out of S mode so I could download apps like google chrome and medibang paint, but after I did that everything went smoothly. The screen is bigger than I expected and the laptop itself is actually thinner than the online pictures made it seem. I bought it open box certified and it acts brand new and saved me 30$. I like the touchscreen and I can even use my finger to draw in Medibang paint, although I recently bought a drawing tablet for more accuracy. My only problem I've had is that my wifi at home is super slow so online things take a while to load, but again that isn't the laptops fault. I plan on using this for school and digital design and so far I feel like it will serve its purpose just fine. I also found microsoft edges note taking tool neat and might use it for my online classes for the notes. Another thing I've noticed is that while listening to music in tablet mode, the speaker is most likely covered by whatever surface the laptop is on, so its harder to hear. But the speakers are pretty loud and overall so far this is a great option for anyone

My wife needed a new laptop for school. She was looking at Apple and once we looked at the price, we decided to look around. We researched the Pavilion and chose the x360 2-in-1. Great decision! It's lightning fast and the touch-screen is an added bonus! We also got it on sale - $90 off!

I've now had this laptop for about three months and have loved it. It's plenty fast for me, the battery is fine, it's light and easy to use. If I use it casually throughout the day, I usually still have like 85% battery life when I get home. I've only ever used up it's battery life fully one time. If a long battery life is a priority for you than I'm not sure I would recommend this laptop, but it isn't a problem for me. All of my school portals work well on this laptop, including the respondus lockdown browser. It did take me a minute to figure out how to get Chrome set up as the default browser instead Edge & bing which is the automatic ones for this laptop, but if I can do it, so can you. I'm really very happy with this choice. I honestly thought it wouldn't be great because of the price but it has been perfect for me.

This laptop had all of the features I was looking for in a light weight, touchscreen, 2-in-1 design. The price was $100.00 less than it was when I saw it in the store, and using the online ordering system with pick-up at the store was easy.

Bought this to replace a well loved 2009 laptop. Love the speed and battery life! I went with the touch screen so I could make notations on files and am so glad I can easily do so! Would highly recommend this two in one!

I am very satisfied with my computer. I needed a computer for college and I use mine mostly for general education courses and it really fits my needs so far. I really love it and recommend giving this computer a look when considering purchasing a computer. The only slight downside with computer is that there is no input for CD rom’s, but with the touch screen and the notebook, there are so many new and cool advantages to this computer. And cd are it’s are everywhere.

If you are looking for a computer for school or work this is perfect! It's light weight and sleek. The touch screen works great and it's super easy to take notes on. It charges fast and lasts awhile. If you are going online this semester for school you are going to want the high speed and storage capability with this laptop. The only complaint I have is that I wish I could find a case to put on it, but with the ability to fold, you can't really get a case. It's very durable too and I've never had any issues with it.

This is a really nice laptop. Wanted to replace an old dell that was not working great anymore even after a tune up from Best Buy. Did some research and found this to be perfect. The size and weight are just awesome. The speed and touch screen make this a great computer to run business on and also manage a household. There is nothing bad about this computer. We love it and use it daily.

This laptop provides great functionality for a college student to be productive in taking notes in class, studying in the dorm, and relaxing with entertainment. We added a stylus to take advantage of the ability to write on the screen. Very nice! We chose to switch the laptop out of windows 10 s mode (to permit 3rd party software to be installed - e.g., MS Office & Norton Antivirus), and it has been performing well. Although we've owned the laptop for less than a month, our student is impressed with the battery life so far.

I bought this laptop when I started at college again, and I'm a CS major so I needed something fast and lightweight, but not too expensive. The best part is the SSD, it's blazing fast and you can expand the storage using a memory card. Everything else is in the cloud so the low specs don't worry me too much.

I use this laptop for simple tasks such as online shopping, email, Word documents etc. Just general stuff. I absolutely LOVE this laptop!! It is SO fast, and the 2 in one works beautifully!! Having the touch screen option is a feature I just do not like to live without!! (I CAN live without it....but why?? :) ) I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this to replace a frustrating HP pavilion of lower spec, specifically the x360 11'', and I have been much happier since. It has good response time and though the form factor is larger than I originally wanted, I was willing to sacrifice the small size for something that had real productivity. The large screen eventually proved to be a plus with using on screen touch controls, especially helping the on screen keyboard feel like a real full sized one. Of course the physical keyboard feels better and is faster for large word processing and tasks. There are some obvious quality changes to help keep the machine at its price point but ultimately, the user experience isn't impacted much beyond the glossy screen, which I solved by using a matye screen protector. I use this as my main work computer and it has helped me out immensely with using office, email, and multitasking and it has immediate responsiveness even with a core i3. (my other computers are core i7s.) There are better, more expensive models which deliver and even better user experience than this machine but for me I am completely satisfied and use it the most of all of my computers nowadays, especially for a machine that spends 99% of its time on the floor with me, running folded in tablet mode. This is a solid, value packed machine that delivers in its class, especially in terms of performance, connectivity, and build quality. The reasons I rated this 4/5 stars were the gloss screen and the smallish SSD, but those problems are easily remedied and the right user wouldn't mind them much.
