A:AnswerNo. There is no optical drive built in, though you can buy an external drive to plug into the USB. It’s how I installed Photoshop Elements off of CD.
A:AnswerI had the same issue. I looked it up online and apparently it’s a manufacturer fault. All the laptops come like this. A regular standard headphone SHOULD fit but doesn’t. There is some sort of leftover debris inside the jack. If you stick something inside (like tweezers or something else that’ll fit) and move it around a little, eventually the headphones will fit. Google “headphones won’t fit into hp pavilion 360” or anything along those lines and you’ll see many people had the same problem, and it’s what’s worked for them.
A:AnswerYes, it does, as a lot of new computers do. But, it's not active and will not work unless you purchase a license. You may be able to use it for a trial period of 5 days or so until you purchase it.
A:AnswerYes. The product description states: 8th Gen Intel® Core™ i3-8145U mobile processor.
For CPU specifics, try a google search of "Core i3-8145U".
