• Thank you for the question. In general, yes. But you might want a laptop with more internal storage. Alternatively, you can use cloud storage or connect to an external hard drive - they are very affordable.

• If you have to ask, this might not be the PC for you. Pretty much any laptop, cellphone, or tablet can do that. It's only a question of how easy or difficult doing so might be.
