“Hi I see that it says it has a 10 key number keypad, I see it written in at least 2 spots but I don't see that in the picture. So does it have the 10 key number pad, or just numbers above the letters????”

You're right-the listing of it having a 10 key is an error. We'll let Best Buy know so they can correct it.
