• I don't have any recommendations but yes you have to look for laser compatible in the papers description.

• There is a difference between Inkjet paper and LaserJet paper if you are using a HP LaserJet you would need to use an HP LaserJet paper. This paper should work in an HP LaserJet as long as it meets the paper requirements of the printer.
