Can I upgrade this to window 11 null

Hello, Joey. Thanks for your question. This HP Prodesk 600 G3 Desktop computer cannot be upgraded up to Windows 11.

Well technically it CAN run 11 pro, if one chooses to install it him or herself..... FYI. But that particular computer may get snubbed by the All-Seeing eye in the cloud for any updates or security patches. Those could possibly be found on the internet and manually installed as well. I'm sure a 30 second conversation with an imaginary robot voice at chat GPT would prob sort that out at the rate things are going. Only time, and THE GOOGLE will know.
