“How to you get the technical support people at PlanITROI to call you back? I have called for two weeks and keep getting told "all the technicians are helping other people and we can have one call you back". NO ONE CALLS BACK!!”

I would send an email to the customer service department stating that you have called several time, all techs are busy and will call you back. State that you have not received a call back. This is no way to run customer service. I worked the help desk and installed Sun unix work stations and never failed to return a call or personally work on someone's work station.
