“Why can't I get any sound? Or, why won't my speakers work? I have tried 3 different types of speakers and either can't get any volume or no sound.”

HP refurbished units have the same warranty as a new unit, which means you can take it to Geek Squad for servicing or even contact HP Support. Both are highly trained and knowledgeable.
