• I purchased an USB WIFI antenna and can now access my FIOS network. Did not have a hard wire cable system in my home for this, so the external USB antenna was inexpensive and works excellently.

• Yes, it can. It's got an RJ-45 port on the back to connect with an Ethernet cable.
