“Does this model come with either restore disc's or the ability to make them?”

• All of the Win 7 on forward I have gotten do not have restore disks but you do make them yourself and that is in the Win programing.

• Thank you for reaching out. Since this model has been refurbished I cannot be sure it has the original equipment but Microsoft does have all the tools needed to perform a clean install on their website for download if you need them.
