• I,m using it with windows 7 and 10. the software is a little slow but the print quality is perfect.i just chose to buy ink carts. rather than use HP always full option 5055

• Yes works on cellphones too. If it doesn't work out the box just find the IP address then click add type that up address and your system will use legacy drivers to print from that device is they don't have the hp smart app available. But apple, Google and windows markets all have the HP apps available. Linux will most likely be legacy stuff. Thus not needing the apps just to print. The apps will help with extra features and customizability.
