This printer runs circles around my old inkjet 3038. love the bottom draw feed and the double sided printing. it probably uses plenty of ink like another reviewer said. But if you are an instant ink subscriber that doesn't matter, you only get charged per page. I'm a light user, but would usually go through maybe 2 cartridges a year. with rollover prints I'm good with the 2.99 plan that's only 36 a year. I either spent that or more annually. HP is picky with their ink cartridges I always got errors with 3rd party ink and even their own ink. But somehow when you are on their plan the ink has no issues. lol. With that said I am currently using the sample cartridge that comes with the printer, yes its a sample, that's why it doesn't last. I was able to easily swap out my old printer to the new instant ink printer. I already received my shipping invoice and should have my XL cartridges within a few days. Yes they send you the XL cartridges, they will last forever on the 3.00 plan if that plan works fr you.

I’ve never purchased anything listed as Refurbished worried something might be wrong but this came in perfect condition and for a lot less. So in the future I will be looking for those REFURBISHED items first !!!!

I understand this is a refurbished one however the catridge it came with was not of instant ink ready as in the title. It was a regular catridge and hence I was skeptical that how can I enrol instant ink program. Another issue was inside the catridge unit, I saw a black unit of 5052 model sticker whereas the model says its 5055 in the outside box. With all these I am concerned to go with this refurbished unit and returning it back. Its heavier unit overall with scratches on top and was looking like a used fair item on display.

It was tough getting it going at first because i'd had no experience with these wifi printers but Hp support helped me, then it was smooth sailing!

I had looked at several and check reviews on some , and I Best Buy they always stand by there products, works great and setup was so quick, so happy with the product and the service

I like this model and took a chance on a refurbished one since the new ones were sold out. The printer was for my daughter to take to college. In less than a week, there is a problem with the display window. It still prints but she can’t select scan or copy. Luckily I did purchase the maintenance plan. Since my daughter is attending college out of state, I’m not sure when I will be able to get it so I had to order her another one (new and different model).

Purchase at your own risk. I bought and it worked fine, but now the printing is unaligned and won't fix after many resets and attempts at alignment.....half of some lines are cut off which is unacceptable. Now I have a big paper weight that cost $45.

Hi! I bought HP - Refurbished ENVY 5055 printer/scanner in GS certified refurbished condition. I picked it at store using curb side pick up. The pick up was smooth and easy. It was ready for pick earlier than expected date. The packaging was good with proper padding provided. The set up was easy. It picked the home wifi through my laptop. I followed the instructions on manual and easily installed HP Smart app. The only issue I had was my Win 10 laptop didn't recognize the printer. I did some online search and found a way to add it to printer list. The print quality is good. It is a color printer. I chose a cheap quality paper and hence the color print makes the paper a bit soft. The scanner is very good. It captures every detail. Thanks

refurnished ok but no power cord I should have made u guys get me. Uther than that works good not the fastest but its good quality printing easy to use with phone or pc

This printer has far exceeded my expectations. I purchased this printer because this was around the time in the pandemic that everyone was at home shopping, and I could not find a cheap printer to purchase. Yes, I am one of those frugal people...I even print on both sides of my printer paper if I don't need a clean copy. I was hesitant to purchase this printer at this price being that it was refurbished. TO THIS DAY my printer works like the first day I got it! HP and Best Buy made me step my game up and relax on my penny pinching ways!

Wished it had more room for paper; other than that it works really good. Easy to set-up. No problems with setting it up to wireless. It does what I want it to do - print! I am happy with it. - I bought another one from another store, for some reason I could not get it to hook up with wireless and therefore it would not print. Took back to the store and just happy as a lark that this one from Best Buy is doing so great and it was a refurbished one.

Have never purchased a refurbished product before, but this seems to be holding up well. The printer is 1/4 of the size of our former HP 8610, is very quiet and has excellent print quality. It does not hold too many sheets of paper, but for our purposes it is just fine. Have not yet used the fax or scan options.

Just what i needed for working from home. It’s very simple to use. Nothing special, but does a great job for basic printing & scanning. Wouldn’t recommend for large jobs. It is bulky & does take up space. I love the Bluetooth. I print Emails from my phone. This printer is perfect for me.

I needed a space saving printer/scanner set up and this fit the bill. While the print quality is just okay, the Bluetooth and wireless functionality along with the intuitive HP mobile app make this well worth the price for my purposes.

I have not had any issues on this refurbished ENVY as of yet, bought it a few weeks ago. This works great for my small home office.

My previous HP died during the printer shortage & couldn't find 1 anywhere. Couple of weeks later I found this one. If you need a simple printer and have limited printing needs, this is for you, otherwise keep shopping. Pros: Wireless Kinda quiet Decent print quality Cons: Takes awhile to turn on Limited paper tray space INK EATER!!! Had less than 2 months & out of black already

I really like this printer. It looks and works like new. It was easy to set up and use. I haven’t printed a whole lot, but what I have printed was great. Also, the printer was so economical.
