Does this printer look and operate as if brand new? And what about warrantee? null

The one I received looked and operated as if brand new. I was told the warranty was 1 year. I bought the $29 two year extended warranty. It does NOT make it a three year warranty. It sort of overlays the original warranty so instead of dealing with the manufacturer if something goes wrong you just bring it back to Best Buy and let them deal with it. It covers it for two years from when you buy it.

It does look brand new but doesn't operate as such. I took mine to Best Buy and it was recommended I exchange it for a new printer, which I did. It did come with a one year warrantee and Best Buy acknowledged it.
