Yes, but I did find I had to replace mine fairly quickly. Full disclosure: This is the 1st printer I have owned so I might not be aware of how quickly you go through ink. I just had to replace both the color and black ink this month (December), and I bought this in August and use it for my work in my home office, but not daily.

My machine came with small cartridges. I order refills from Best Buy on line and pick up in store. Good machine so far.

Yes it does but my ink was not new. I am how ever very pleased with this printer

Yes. It came with ink, but very low yield cartridges. Suggest setting up and buying a set of new ink carts as back up soon.
