Yes, Windows 10 home is installed. If you want to transfer data you will want to reach out to your local Best Buy for information. Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc... can be purchased in two ways. Office 365 or Office 2019. The cost varies based on which you go with. The most inexpensive way to get Office is with Office 365 which is $50 with the purchase of a new computer.
