    Our office was looking for a low-end desktop (meaning, inexpensive). We're a mission and donations are down :) This HP fit the bill! We don't do much graphic processing so no need for large RAM amounts or high-end processor power, but do like the inexpensive TB of data. Performs well and reliably for our Video conferencing and Spreadsheet sharing needs.

    I've only used my new computer twice and it said that my Microsoft Office would expire in a week. I thought the comouter would come with office tools already installed.

    Hard drive died after 1 year - that is why I'm rating this product with 3 stars. Other than that, the PC works good.

    Got it installed an everything and had only been used a handful of times with basic MO downloaded on it and WP. Out of no where wasn't able to log in and get it completely turned on, just said there was a problem and couldn't start. I had bought a refurbished computer before and never had problems....ridiculous I am having problems with a brand new computer.
