“I just Bought this printer due to good reviews & the quality of printing. My question is if the printer you have at home does a buzzing noise when you turn it on? I have the printer next to my display & is low but noticeable enough to be a constant buzz”

I just bought the HP6001 printer and it does the same thing. So I bought a second one with intentions of returning the first, but they both make that constant high pitched buzzing sound. Some people can't hear it, but for those of us who can it's awful.

Before returning the printer, try moving it a little bit away from the monitor and see if the buzzing noise changes. It could be that the monitor and printer are somehow interacting, and you're getting that buzzing noise. If it doesn't change, after you've moved the printer. then it's definitely time to take the printer back.
