“Short of unplugging the unit each time I want to take a single, lift-top copy of a document, I struggle with no consistency to get a copy. Now the printer is having trouble pulling documents through the feeder. HELP! I'm returning this one tomorrow HELP!”

It would happen at work sometimes printer work best with HP printer paper n make sure you fan the 50-100 copies before putting them into the hopper. Like any other thing mechanical it could malfuntion right out of the box. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apologies for your experience. The Smart Tank 6001 does not have an automatic document feeder; so the scanner/copy function is flatbed only. (The 150-sheet input tray at the bottom is for loading paper for printing). You can open the Smart App and use it like a large command screen to assist with scanning and copying from the scan bed.
