“Scanner light under scanner glass(not the status light)on my HP SmtTk 7602 Printer continually blinks even when not printing or scanning? Since my other HP printers don't do this I am concerned that it is a malfunction or is it normal for this model? Help”

• I can't be certain, but that doesn't sound like it's typical. Your best option is to contact the HP Support team directly to see if there's a configuration issue that's causing it.
