You cannot 'get' the Spectre, or any new laptop, 'loaded' with the firmware of your choosing, unfortunately. That being said, you can install Windows 7 yourself. The ways to do this are either by purchasing Windows 7 yourself and installing it yourself or having someone else (like GeekSquad) install it for you, providing that you provide them with a copy of legitimate Windows 7. If you have an unused copy of Windows 7 lying around, you may use that. Windows 7 licenses are no longer sold, so buying a new copy is very difficult if not impossible.
