For any software, you will want to look at the publisher's website for system requirements to make sure that your device or the device you are interested meets the minimum requirements for running that software. Updates can change those requirements which can impact what settings you can run the software on or if you can run it at all. In the case of Windows 12, Microsoft has at this time, not released an official statement or any public information.
