• Hi Timmy, thank you for the question. The Spectre 16-f0013dx has an IPS, Flicker Free display that is Eye Safe certified. Flicker-Free Technology indicates that a display doesn’t use PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) to regulate its brightness
