• None really. All new HP Spectre's (2019 and above) are all x360, meaning they can flip the keyboard and are considered 2 in 1's

• Since those are both ranges, the specs of the computers will vary. But as product lines, the Spectre X360 can rotate the screen over so that the computer can be used as a tablet, while the regular Spectre range cannot.
