• This type of model is considered non-upgradeable. If you are interested in possible upgrades, you would want to contact either HP Support or Geek Squad. It is recommended that should you decide to upgrade this model that you have it done by a certified technician. If Geek Squad were to do any upgrades to this device, it would not void the warranty, but HP will not cover any of the new parts.
