Thank you for the question. You have a couple of choices. The Spectre 16-f1013dx has one HDMI port and two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports that support DisplayPort. You can connect both monitors to USB-C (you might need an adapter, depending on your monitor inputs), or one via HDMI and one via DisplayPort. The latter might be optimal, as it leaves the other Thunderbolt port available for power delivery if you choose not to use the Smart Pin.
