“Why is Best Buy not answering any questions? If they have a partnership with HP, there should be a customer support rep reviewing and replying. Why does this model say it's compatible with Windows Ink, when HP has confirmed it does not (see reviews)?”

• It does work with Windows Ink. You may have to upgrade to the latest Windows 10 though. It comes with the "Anniversary Update" and later. And would be more useful with the latest versions of Office.
