“The model number for this same unit is 13-w063nr on the HP site and the best buy here is 13-w023dx, are they different. The specs look to be the same, does anyone know why?”

I had the same question when I was researching this laptop. The two models appear to be the exact same in every way. I believe that 13-w063r is HP's generic model # and 13-w023dx is HP's assigned model # specifically for Best Buy. I purchased it thru Best Buy and I'm very happy with it.

Just a few minor differences ie:graphics specs & Operating system description (windows 10 Home 64 vs Windows Home). 13-w023dx is what Best Buy carries and not the other model. I got mine 2 weeks ago and have been happy. My recommendation is to purchase port replicator to use monitor & have additional USB ports.
