HP isn't even answering this question directly. They've said that their Active Stylus, the one that worked with the previous Spectre x360 models, works with the new one and then they link to a compatibility chart that doesn't list the new Spectre models with 7th gen Intel hardware. I was in a chat with an HP sales rep and they said that the notebook does, in fact, work with their Active Stylus. So I don't know. Tech websites are also all over the place as to whether it works or not with some saying no and others not even reporting stylus compatibility. It would be a shame if HP took this away as it made the Spectre x360 a viable Surface Book competitor.
