• Honestly if your playing games or doing something that requires a lot of processing, it can get very hot, and sadly i would say it gets hot enough to burn you.

• It gets warm but never hot. The fan cools it down very well.

• This definitely does not get hot enough to burn your legs although it could potentially get very warm. And even if it did get warm as you used it while it was on your lap, you wouldn't feel as if it was burning you because it would only reach that point gradually and not in an instant.
