Mine lasts almost 8 hours with mixed use and WIFI / Bluetooth always on and screen brightness at 50%. That's run time, not elapsed time, so if I let it go to sleep or turn the screen off it's longer. I've been tempted to go two days between charges just to see how it goes, but not worth it to risk it. Still, I think that speaks volumes. I use it all day off and on and it never kicks into battery saver at 20%. If you want to check your battery performance and estimate on Windows 10 open a command prompt (cmd) and type powercfg /batteryreport. It will put an HTML file on your user directory that will give you the estimate along with a ton of other details.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use my x360 daily. After the latest updates from HP, my real battery life is about 9.5 hours at 30% brightness. (My unit never goes completely black when I adjust brightness to zero.) Peace.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Actually, I had a chance to learn about this yesterday. I thought I put the device in Sleep mode and left with it at 1:30 PM. When I returned and was ready to use it again, it was after 6:45 PM and the battery was drained. I plugged the charger into the device and waited about five minutes or so. Even though the light around the charging bay was still yellow, the unit started up and showed its progress on getting recharged. So it looks like the answer to your question is the battery life is about five (5) hours.
