“I understand that the description on website says 4K and is confirmed in earlier responses that it is 4K. Then why does the outside label on the box state “13.3” Diagonal UHD IPS LED Display” instead of “4K” or similar?”

For simplistic purposes, UHD and 4K are the same. All 4K/8K resolution screens are Ultra HD, since they are above Standard Definition, High Definition, and Full HD. UHD, realistically, is a slightly lower resolution to 4K, but for the 13" size of the Spectre, this difference is not, at all, noticeable.
