• Yes, but you would need either a docking station that supports two hdmi to USB-C or two hdmi to USB-C converter in order to have the two external monitors extended.

• it only has 1 HDMI port and i do not know if this will support a splitter into two monitors. I suggest looking into an HP forum or contact HP customer support.
