“Has anyone else had these issues: audio not playing, fan not working & laptop overheating, fan going berserk, apps crashing--all randomly? Wondering if i got a defective product or if it's a common issue for this model.”

recently purchased and I have issues with audio as well. turning computer on from sleep mode, the audio doesn't work until I've muted and unmuted it in some instances. Also, just noticed, audio doesn't work at all when an external display monitor is connected and I'm on Microsoft Teams.
