Yes. There are 3 settings. Bright, dim, and off.

Yes and adjustable light brightness as well. The keyboard is my favorite part of this laptop.

Yes, this Spectre x360 laptop does have a backlit keyboard.

There are the three settings that the HP rep said, but be warned, even the dim light setting is too much for late night computer work.
