• Hello Karina, The Sprocket does not use any ink! Images are burned into the Zinc paper from the laser inside the sprocket. -HP Team

• they dont need ink! just load the paper and it prints by activating the paper! very cool! and no dry time, i love mine

• Hp sprockets don't use ink they work like thermal printers
