is it normal photo paper or sticker photo paper? null

It's normal photo paper , recomended with the HP logo on the back of the paper . But it's good material.

This is sticker paper, but you don't have to use it as a sticker.

Sticker paper, but there is backing that covers the adhesive if you don't want it to stick

This HP Sprocket Zink Photo paper does have a sticky back.
