• No, the HP Sprocket Plus prints slightly bigger photos (2.3 x 3.4 inches), rather than the 2 x 3 inches that this paper is.

• Yes, and the paper is easy to use. I cut the pictures to 2 x 2 Passport Size for my clients. They peel off the back and stick the picture on their applications. Enjoy.
