Usually that depends on how quickly the hard drive gets filled close to capacity and has less room to buffer running applications. What a lot of people misunderstand about the stream is, it's very low storage capacity because it is a cloud based PC. It is meant to be used with almost sole storage capacity going to the cloud, not an on-board hard drive.

The processor in it is low relative to all of the others. You're talking about one of the least expensive computers sold in a big box store. It is slow from the beginning. If you fill up the SSD, which is smaller than the FLASH drive in some phones, then that will cause it to slow down some more. It is no substitute for a Core i7-based workstation.
