• it does have a headphone jack and usb ports, and regards Skype, not sure but my daughter uses to video chat with other friends and it looks great, she is always watching shows from Hulu and the shows paly great and without interruption.

• Skype works great. It has a headphone jack, one HDMI port, one 2.0 & one 3.0 USB jack. My USB mouse works great, but so does the touchpad
