“I saw on a Best Buy ad that it only comes with one hour of SKYPE per month. I read on a Best Buy ad that it comes with 60 minutes of free SKYPE per month. Since SKYPE is free, what does this mean? Also, I read that there's a year of customer support. Is that ACTUAL HP SUPPORT? I ask this because I bought an HP laptop earlier this year that CLAIMED to give you a LIFETIME of HP SUPPORT, but it wasn't HP at all. It was "OUTSOURCED' to some private company whose customer service agents seemed to be kids they had just hired to answer the phones, very UNKNOWLEDGABLE, so I was unfortunately forced to send it back.”

Skype is not "free" when it comes to using it for calling land/cell phone lines. Skype is only free for its video conferencing/chat. Please see: http://www.skype.com/en/rates/ For information on skype calling rates.
