• No as of now. You will have to upgrade it. You can either do it by yourself or with the help of a Microsoft Windows representative.

• It didn't when I purchased it, but I got a free upgrade notice for windows 10.

• It doesn't come with Windows 10 but it can be upgraded to Windows 10.
