“Can't download pics from ipod I bought this for my daughter, she wanted to use it to practice typing as well as reports and homework and photo printing. Plugged her iPod in and, while it recognized her iPod it would not recognize any available files... If you can help, it would be appreciated as I have been in the Mac world for the last 12 years and am struggling”

• Make sure she has turned the iPod on, and has been prompted on the Ipod screen to "Trust this computer".

• You mean iPod Touch? Probably need to install iTunes first.
