“Anyone else having issues redeeming the included Microsoft Apps gift card? The link included in the package with this laptop that supposedly "redeems" the Microsoft apps $25 gift card goes straight to an error message. Has anyone else had this issue and if so were you successful any other way?”

• Yes, I had this same problem, but I talked with someone from microsoft support and within a week or so they fixed the problem for me.
