• It can handle zoom and at least 2-3 documents. I don't know about a video game.

• Thank you for the question. Zoom and documents will be no problem. However, Genshin Impact recommends a processor that's i5 or better and NVDIA graphics. This 11-ak0013dx laptop does not meet those requirements: it has an Intel Celeron processor and Intel UHD Graphics 600.
