• You should ask tech people where you bought the device. They would know. Tried You tube?

• The charger that ships with the laptop is actually two separate pieces, and may be hard to find. Your best option is to get a universal charger-they come with a series of standard tip sizes, and one of them will fit the connector on the computer.
