• Comes with 8.1 and you can upgrade to 10.

• Came with Windows 8 installed with a free download upgrade to Windows 10. Upgrade went smooth.

• This one was Win 8, it took a couple of days to get it upgraded - since there is no CD Drive and very very little HARD drive space to work with. But I did end up getting Win 10 on this machine - and it is working great and my son loves it.

• Windows 8. If you upgrade, Windows 8 stays on the computer for 30 days before deleting itself. In the meantime it ties up memory and slows everything down
