A:AnswerMy error was in NOT checking the specs of the HP Stream laptop. It has a webcam and built-in microphone.
However, due to it ONLY having 4GB, when I am on a ZOOM videoconference, my pic often freezes. There are also many instances in which I get a message that my internet connection is weak---this occurs even though I have the highest speed internet package AND I'm sitting NEXT to the internet modem.
This laptop is only good for VERY basic computer usage.
Again, it's my fault that I DIDN'T read the specs, before I purchased it.
