“Could this computer run fortnite some what good? Also could you use it for editing?”

Thank you for reaching out. This computer would be completely unable to run Fortnite and I would imagine it would be unable or nearly unable to do editing. I would highly recommend at minimum an Intel i3, Ryzen 3 and 8gb RAM. The more the better.
