“Does this work with the HP Pavilion 15-CS2XXX Laptop? I find a lot that state they work with the X360, but do not find any that list compatable for the 15-CS2xxx.”

Unfortunately this specific model is a standard touch screen. It is not compatible with active touch HP pens. If you want to use a pen for this laptop it will need to have basic capacitive touch qualities.
